The nearest taxi or car drop-off point is in Paseo del General Martínez Campos, 31 and/ or calle Fernández de la Hoz, 46. This drop-off point is 10 m from the main entrance of British Council, Madrid.
There is also a drop-off point in Paseo del General Martínez Campos, 31 and/ or in Fernández de la Hoz, 46 that can be used by visitors with disabilities. Please contact us before your visit so that we can arrange this.

MAIN ENTRANCE
The main entrance to British Council in Madrid is located at Paseo del General Martínez Campos, 31. It is accessible to people using wheelchairs or pushchairs.

RECEPTION
There is a customer service desk in Paseo de General Martínez Campos, 31 inside the Main Office. Our staff will be happy to help if you require any assistance. This point is accessible to people using wheelchairs or pushchairs through a ramp.
BUILDING OVERVIEW
MAIN OFFICE
It has four floors. The ground floor is the only accessible for people in wheelchairs or with pushchairs. This area has wide corridors and toilets for people with disabilities and accessible doors for people with wheelchairs. On this floor is the Resource Center and Customer Service.
The rest of the floors are for administrative use and meeting rooms inaccessible to visitors using wheelchairs.
