Security and prevention measures for COVID-19

We are returning to face to face teaching throughout Spain and our priority is to safeguard your health and safety. For this reason we are making sure that:

• All of our centres are cleaned according to official protocols, before and after class. Common areas are cleaned regularly throughout the centre's opening hours.
• Entry and exit points, as well as movement around the centre are controlled at all times in order to guarantee capacity and social distancing requirements.
• The total number of students allowed in our classes does not exceed the official permitted capacity.
• Classrooms are cleaned regularly and well ventilated, maintaining the official required distance between people present.
• Our teaching team carry out their responsibilities employing the personal protection equipment required according to official directives.
• We have safe working protocols which allow us to minimise the use of shared materials in class without harm to the quality of teaching for our students.
• We have a clear protocol to follow in case any student or member of staff displays symptoms compatible with Covid-19 during class.
• All measures of health and safety specific to each centre are communicated to students before the start of the course.
• We have a member of staff designated as Covid-19 coordinator in each of our centres.

We are resuming our face to face exam sessions for Aptis, IELTS and Cambridge throughout Spain, and our priority is to safeguard your health and safety. For this reason we are making sure that:

• All health and safety measures are communicated to all candidates before the day of the exam.
• All exam locations are cleaned before, during and after each exam session according to official protocols.
• Entry and exit points to the exam location are controlled at all times in order to guarantee social distancing requirements.
• The total number of candidates present in exam sessions doesn't exceed the the official reduced capacity allowed on our premises.
• Our candidates will be able to take their exam in a clean, well-ventilated classroom, maintaining the official required distance between people present.
• Our invigilators carry out their responsibilities employing the personal protection equipment required according to official directives.
• We have a clear protocol to follow in case any candidate or member of staff displays symptoms compatible with Covid-19 during class.
