In British Council Barcelona we have been helping our students to achieve their goals for more than 70 years. We collaborate with various institutions and universities. Located in the heart of Sant Gervasi's district, our centre is a cultural landmark and is part of the city's landskape.

Our Barcelona Center has the best facilities, bright classrooms with interactive whiteboards so you can study in a dynamic environment and with the most advanced technology.

ENGLISH EXTRA | Much more than English classes

The best way to reinforce English learnt in class is by integrating it naturally into daily leisure activities. When you join the British Council, in addition to attending English classes which will help you achieve your goals, you will be able to enjoy a wide variety of services and activities free of charge, helping to to make the most of your academic and personal development. And of course when you register your child in a British Council centre, the whole family will also be able to enjoy a wide variety of complementary services and activities.

Payment methods

We want to give you flexibility in the way you pay for your children courses and we offer different options depending on the one you choose.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO WE ACCEPT?

ADULTS | CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS 
  • By Bank Direct Debit.
  • By Credit or Debit Card.
  • By cheque to the British Council.
  • By Bank transfer.
  • We do not accept cash payments.

DISCOUNTS

  • 5% for students with three or more family members studying simultaneously.

I'm an adult. What do I have to do to register?

What are the benefits of being a student?

The benefits you get for being our student are:

  • access to the student portal, an online tool with a variety of resources for you to improve your English.
  • free access to our English Extra events and activities.

What happens if I decide to cancel the course?

If you decide to cancel before classes start, your money will be refunded except for 60 €  to cover our administrative costs. If you cancel after the course has started, your money will not be refunded.
