Amy Lamé, London's Night Czar will be taking part in the first edition of the Madrid International Nightlife Conference, co-organized by United We Stream and the Madrid City Council in collaboration with #WeAreEquals - British Council, to present the initiatives and cases of good practices contained within the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan's LONDON 24H project.

Amy Lamé was appointed Night Czar in 2016, and was tasked with ensuring London thrives as a 24-hour city. Amy's role involves championing London’s nightlife both in the UK and internationally, including safeguarding venues across the city. This vital work is driven by working in partnership with the night time industries, local authorities, the Metropolitan Police, Transport for London and the public. She will participate in a conversation about the governance of nightlife in Europe together with Lutz Leichsenring (Clubcommission Berlin/VibeLab ), Andreina Seijas (Barcelona/VibeLab/ Iden City), Mirik Milan (AmsterdamVibeLab) and María Ballesteros (Madrid City Council).
