The European cultural centres belonging to the EUNIC Spain network, in collaboration with the Círculo de Bellas Artes – Casa Europa, stage their support for Ukraine with a charity concert whose proceeds will go to Save the Children's action in that country, featuing the participation of musicians invited by the French Alliance, the British Council, the Czech Cultural Center, the Hungarian Embassy, the Camões Institute, the Institut Français and the Italian Institute of Culture.

This project complies with the EUNIC Global statement on Ukraine which reaffirms “our support and solidarity with our colleagues, peers and the people of Ukraine. Our work as a network of cultural relations professionals strives for a dialogical approach in the search for trust and a peaceful global order.”

United Kingdom – British Council
On occasion of this evening of solidarity the British Council School String Ensemble presents the concerto for two violins in D minor (1st movement) by J.S.Bach and Clair de Lune from the Bergamasque Suite for piano by C. Debussy. This is a great opportunity to reunite our String Ensemble made up of students, teachers from the Department of Music and alumni from the British Council School. Among its most outstanding performances are its participation at the Hay Festival in Segovia, the Complutense University of Madrid or in the National Music Auditorium.
