FameLab is the most famous international science communication competition which is organised in Spain by British Council and FECYT with the collaboration of Obra Social ”la Caixa”.
Eight scientists will compete in the semifinal that will take place on 1 April in Valencia. The show will be presented by Luis Piedrahita.
The semi-finalists are aged between 20 and 44 and have different backgrounds from Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Medicine, Psychology and Engineering. Four of them will make it to the final in Madrid. The winner will compete in the Famelab international final which will take place in June in the United Kingdom at the Cheltenham Science Festival.
