The Head of Digital Media and Publishing at the Victoria & Albert Museum, Kati Price, will open the international arts conference Pública 18, organised by Fundación Contemporánea in collaboration with the British Council at the Círculo de Bellas Artes in Madrid. In her presentation Kati will discuss the latest innovations made by one of the UK’s most prestigious cultural organisations in the area of customer access and orientation both through its webpage (thanks to its new content management system) as well as at the venue itself (box office, tickets, etc…) and will also give an overview on how to provide an experience adapted to different users and how to personalise the V&A collections.
