Come to the Guggenheim on the last Wednesday of every month and practice your English by spending an afternoon at the cinema. See the latest films, documentaries and short films in English. Each session will include a conversation with the other members of the audience facilitated by teachers from the British Council of Bilbao.

30 January: Kisilu: I’ll Start with Myself
This inspirational documentary, directed by Julia Dahr, follows the journey of a Kenyan small scale farmer who brings local farmers together to fight the increasing drought and storms. In conjunction with the British Council's partnership with the Grierson Trust.
27 February: Flare Films
Flare Films is a programme of nine recent short films from the UK that have all been shown at BFI Flare, London's LGBT Film Festival. The programme includes drama, documentary, poetry and dance. The films explore and celebrate a range of LGBT experience, but essentially, they are all about finding out - and standing up for - who you are. Brought to you by the British Council.
