In its new season of NEW UK DRAMA, the British Council launches a program to promote professional exchanges in the creative industries sector.
The British company 1927 - only in the integration of the screen in her theatrical story - returns with the spectacle that sent them to fame: The Animals and Children took to the Streets. A graphic novel that takes life thanks to the magical interaction between the three actresses and the video game created by Paul Barritt. Expressionist esthetics and dumb German cinema from the beginning of the 20th century - another of its identity signals - for a black tale about a marginal neighborhood and its neighbors full of anger. Corrosive and subversive humor over a revolt of pirate children who take parks and kidnapped cats.

A member of the 1927 company will offer a vision behind the scenes of its production The Animals and Children took to the Streets., With a particularity in the required performance techniques (with a base in clowns) when interacting with the animation recorded and how to create a set between the actors and the animation.
