Workshop: Politics In the Room

To talk about politics in the theatre is, sometimes, like talking about the emperor's new suit. This is an obvious issue, but often annoying for the audience, especially when our collective responsibility is stressed, due to our passivity, in recent armed conflicts, such as the Syrian civil war. Starting from this premise, Bertrand Lesca and Nasi Voutsas explore ideas and forms around frustration, hatred and reconciliation, using the stage as a space for political and artistic negotiation.

19, 20 and 21 November, 11.00 to 2.00PM and 3.30 a 5.30PM

Open performance: 21 November, 7.00PM
