The Madrid City Centre campus is opening its gates on Saturday 21 May for our Book Sale. Our students and staff have kindly donated a large number of books, suitable for all levels of English readers, which will be on sale from 10.30 until 14.30, raising money for the children’s charity EDUCO.
Visitors can also look around our Young Learners and Adults libraries, do a level test, see our excellent teaching facilities and enjoy tea and biscuits in our café.
We also have two book-related activities for you to enjoy:
-11:30–12:15. A Taste of the Moon by Michael Grejniec - A storytelling activity for young children lead by Ross Smith. Have you ever wondered what the moon is made of or what it tastes like? Come along on this magical adventure and meet the animals who can tell you the answer.
-12.30–14.00. Six Good Reads. Dr. Daniel Brint will introduce you to six contemporary novels in English. Enjoy discovering new authors and listening to selected extracts being read aloud.
