What role do arts managers play in establishing equality policies ?
Article 1 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights proclaims that "All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood." The British Council’s participation in the tenth edition of Pública20 is focused on equality policies in the field of arts management. Co-organized by the Fundación Contemporánea and the Círculo de Bellas Artes, this international cultural management conference will host a round table dealing specifically with this issue with the participation of Ana Gómez de Castro, a doctor in advertising and public relations and currently Product Marketing Manager at LiveNation and Coordinator of SheSaid.So Madrid.
