In the context of Madrid es Moda (Madrid is Fashion), the Madrid Association of Sustainable Fashion (MSMAD), together with ACME (Spanish Association of Fashion Designers) and the international platform Slow Fashion World are once again training the spotlight on Sustainable Fashion with the initiative Smart Fashion = Slow Fashion. Madrid: Sustainable Development challenge. From 23rd to 30th January this exhibition will present a selection of 17 national and international designers who operate under the guidelines of sustainable fashion and eco-design according to the United Nations 17 Sustainable Development Goals. On 27th January a series of organisations and professionals from the sector will come together to debate the future of sustainable fashion. The British Council, Greenpeace, Oxfam, Ecoalf, Sybilla, the Barcelona Association of Sustainable Fashion and the Madrid Association of Sustainable Fashion will take part in the closing round table event at the Paracaidista.
