Our session for Primary teachers in Segovia will look at 10 different ways to use a story book across the curriculum. We will focus not only on language skills but also key areas such as emotional and physical development and ways to involve families. Teachers will take away a wide variety of practical ideas to use with their favourite English stories.
The talk will be delivered by Ilze Barobs, the academic coordinator of the British Council in Segovia. She is an experienced teacher and storyteller. She works with teachers, writers and learners to deliver story events and story-based learning.
