How to register

Please complete and submit the online application form. Please follow these steps:

1. On the home page select "Spain" from the country drop-down menu
2. Select the Awarding Body and the session.
3. Using the search engine select the location and your subjects, and add them to the cart. Make sure to carefully read the instructions about the cash-in process with Pearson Edexcel or about transferring grades between exam series for certain Cambridge International qualifications.
4. To complete the pre-registration you will be required to create a user account on the portal.
5. At the end of the process, you will see a summary of all your subjects and the total amound to pay. Please remember that you must make the payment through bank transfer within 5 calendar days after submitting the registration form and always before the registration deadline (see Step 2: Make payment)

DO YOU NEED TO MAKE ANY SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS? 

If you require special administration, for example extra time or special exams supervision due to a clash of exam papers, you will need to contact us at least six weeks before your first exam.

Your application will not be processed until you have paid for your exams and send the proof of payment to the British Council by email. Please remember that the payment must be made within 5 calendar days of submitting the registration form and before the registration deadline (see table at the end of the page).

Download our bank details in order to make the payment by bank transfer. You will also find the e-mail address where you should send the copy of proof of payment.

PENALTY FEES 

Each examination board has a normal registration window for each exam session. You may still be able to register for exams after this date, but you will have to pay a penalty fee. No registrations will be accepted after the Late registration deadline (Late Stage 1).

Once we receive your proof of payment, you will receive an email confirming that you have successfully registered for school exams with the British Council. Afterwards, you will receive your Statement of Entry with a summary of your enrolment.

All details regarding exam venues, dates and times will be sent to the email address provided during the registration approximately 2 weeks before the first exam.
