We are happy to share an exciting opportunity for you to receive additional free preparation for your IELTS test. British Council will organise a number of IELTS Trial Testing sessions in Barcelona, Bilbao, Madrid & Santiago de Compostela. IELTS Trial Testing is a mandatory requirement to all IELTS Centres and is used to test accuracy, difficulty, and reliability of our bank of exam questions.
How can Trial Testing boost your preparation for IELTS?
IELTS Trial Testing is a perfect opportunity for existing or potential IELTS Test Takers to test performance and experience in a very similar environment to live test, and to receive some feedback and guidance on strengths and weaknesses, since scripts are scored by official IELTS markers and Examiners. IELTS Trial. Testing is offered free of charge.
Additional information
- IELTS Trial Tests are Paper Based only.
- All potential applicants to IELTS On Computer, IELTS on Paper and IELTS for UKVI versions and variants are welcomed to join.
- The Trial will test Listening, Reading and Writing components. Please note that Speaking is not included in the trial.
- Trial Tests will be delivered at our British Council Barcelona, Bilbao & Madrid premises only.
Results
Results will be set to Trial Test Takers three weeks after the Trial, and will consist of:
- Listening: Indicative Band Score
- Reading: Indicative Band Score
- Writing: Indicative Band Score
Note that no certificate or Test Report will be issued for a Trial Test
